Hi all, I switched our Transcend app to new hardware and managed to have live transactions write into my test database - TPAU only, the impresario data is in the Live database. Trying to figure out now how to get the data into Live but more importantly how to get the transactions processed by the bank.
Intrix support didn't give me a step-by-step for getting the transactions moved but suggested manually recreating in Transcend client. Does anyone have other suggestions?

Hi Lori,
I've done exactly this before and ended up having to pull out a list of the affected transactions and then creating a new merchant in Transcend (just to keep things separate) and manually running them through the Transcend interface one by one.
