Hi Mark
I can change the fields returned, but can’t force the two fields to switch round. I’ve spoken to QAS tech support and they’ve confirmed I can’t do this.
If this works for you, are you 213 in Address_Street_Order in T_Defaults?
Thanks
Wayne

Hi Wayne
Are you able to change the setup of QAS in the Configuration Editior so that the data writes back from QAS differently?

Is anyone else having the issue where QAS is returning Street1 and Street2 the wrong way round, if you have an address with something in Line1 and Line2. (If you have relabeled your items on General page, click CTRL + ALT and left click the field label to see what their real names are - DO NOT click Reset).
In T_Defaults, our Address_street_order is 123 - not 213 as that would show on the Mailing Address screen as:
Street 2
Street1
Street3
Locale
Country
If you were to search for QASs postcode: SW4 0QL, it shows on the screen in the correct order, but when it goes to the impresario client:
Street1: 2-3 Clapham Common North Side
Street2: Q A S Ltd, George West House
Street3:
Locale: London
^^^ These two fields Street1 and 2 have been reversed.
If you were to search for: CV2 1AA (pick any number), the results come back as:
Street1: xyz Lentons Lane
Street2:
Locale: Coventry
When you look at the database, the address is stored the wrong way round
Field Street1: 2-3 Clapham Common North Side
Field Street2: Q A S Ltd, George West House
Has anyone found the right way to do this, or is the only option to have the address displayed Street2, Street1, Street3.
