I have successfully created ordres using the import feature, yet when I try to seat the orders it says (seat not found in performance seat_no ***** Perf_no****) anyone have any ideas to what i may be missing? I've been using this report for 3 years and this is the first time I have come across this error. The only thing different is this is a new facility?
Since you say it's a new facility I would go back in and Validate Completeness under Facility Manager just in case. Also try selling and seating a ticket manually to see if you get the same error.
