Ryan,

Well, the code didn't break the system but it still only gave me seasons in the drop down. I was looking for the values for Production Season Name such as "2011 Fall Mini Arts Day" in the example below. Instead I had "2011 ED Arts Day D11" as a choice. Sorry to keep bugging you. Thank you so much.

Great, so you want !.season instead of !.prod_season

Data Type = Number
Edit Mask = (blank)
Detail Tble = (name of your local table)
Detail Col = !.season
Ref Tbl = vrs_season
Ref Idcol = id
Ref Desccol = description

What columns do you have in that table? Can you list them for us?

Do you have any like season, season_id, or season_no? If so that is probably what you want to use.

That is exactly what is wrong, our LP_tck_hist (yes, it is a table- eek) does not have the prod season in it! No wonder it never worked because I had the values just as yo listed below.

Now what?

Hi Tina,

Since local tables can vary from org to org, it is hard to tell you what your column information should be. If you can confirm that the table has a !.prod_season column it would probably be similar to our Season column, which would make it...

Data Type = Number

Ref Tbl = vrs_season
Ref Idcol = id
Ref Desccol = description

If you have not confirmed that there is a production season column I would suspect you don't have one.
Also, most local tables start with LT not LP, which suggests you are pointing to a local procedure which would not work.

We have tried for some time to add Production Season into List Manager as a criteria for lists. We do have a local ticket history table LP_Tck_hist. Can someone please layout the values needed for the various columns. I keep getting an Invalid Column Name error with regard to my value of !.prod_season. in Detail Column
