I have just created a custom report, and it runs fine in SQL and Infomaker. However, when I select a parameter value (multi-select) for the report in the Tessitura window, it adds double quotation marks around the value (i.e. “Friend $100-$299”), which then renders blank data in the report. If I change the parameter value in Report Setup to remove the multi-select indicator and run the report, then it does not add the quotation marks around the value and the report runs fine. If I change the parameter back to multi-select in the Report Setup window, it once again adds double quotation marks around the value. Any idea what is going on with this?
