Gift acknowledgement streamlining

Hi,

We have always used the Print Acknowledgement Letters report, merged into Word and printed letters there.  What needs to happen to print letters directly from Tessitura?

PS-we are v10 but will move to v11 over the summer.

    To print directly from Tessitura you need to create custom acknowledgment formats in InfoMaker (in v10 or v11).  For details see this help topic:
