How do I set up the email receipt for phone orders?

I want to set up the Tessitura application so that we can Email receipts to customers when the box office receives a phone order.

Please let me know where the documentation is on the Tessitura Network website so that I can set this up for our users.

We recently improved the documentation for email setup. You can find it in the API Deployment Guide.
