I'm doing an NCOA with phone appends where the vendor is not MBS. We've got a bunch of phones new phones where there is no original phone. But I don't see a phone append confirmation code for that scenario. Should I just use 'D' or 'F' (phone updated)? Will that insert a new phone number? Or do I just need to find another method for inserting these phones?
