Hi,
I am embarking on developing a DR plan and would appreciate any input you might have. Has anyone in this group created a DR plan? Was it a success or a failure and why? What helped get buy-in and involvement from the different departments? Does anyone have a document they prepared outlining your organizations challenges and the steps required to overcome a disaster? Any input will be extremely helpful?
