Hello, Has anyone had an issue with credit cards not coming over from version 10 to version 11? We have v11 in test right now and are going through all the testing. We have notice that almost all the accounts do not have the credit card info. Is this normal? Did we missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One other thing to consider with credit cards and households- credit card numbers stay with the account they were added to. So if a 2 name account becomes a household the credit card will be stored with the household account, but if you later join two individual accounts into a household the card number will stay with the individual. If you do transactions at the household level the card number from the individual account will not be available to select in the payment window.
