Hi all, we have a strange situation here. We have given full permission (Add, Delete, Edit and View) to one of our Tess user groups to “Const Attributes Tab” and “Const Attributes RB” for “All Constituencies” from Tessitura security module. But still when any user logs in with this user group, the “Delete” button at the bottom of the “Attribute tab>Attribute radio button” screen becomes Disabled for some customers (not all!) and does not allow the user to delete any attribute for these customers. I checked the entry in TX_KEYWORD_CUST_TYPE and found all these attributes are added to these customers’ Customer Type, so this should not be an issue and moreover as far as I know it only affects the available attributes in the attribute dropdown list while adding a new attribute. I also thought about using any of these attributes in a list criterion which may be preventing this group from deleting any of these attributes but in that case why other groups with the similar permission are able to delete these attributes for the same set of customers but not this group. Is there anything else that I am missing, may be something silly, for which this group doesn’t have enough permission to delete attributes for some customers? Advance thanks for any help. Best, Mo
