Hi all!
We had a number of CSIs created (approx 150) with the assumption that they were an auto-closing CSI. Which, sadly, was not the case.
I thought I came across something on the forum once that indicated it was possible to close many CSIs at once without going into them individually. But I can't find this info now. So it's possible I imagined it. :)
Does anyone know if it's possible to do this? I have a hunch that it would be an SQL script but I haven't been able to find the appropriate tables that would need updating.

I have a script that adds an action to a CSI and, optionally, closes it—but it needs tinkering to get it to work the way you want it to. First you need to make sure that you can define via sql which CSI’s you want to close, and only those. Then you need to identify which action you want to close the CSI’s with.

If you're after CSIs that can be closed in bulk, any CSI with a Category of "Information Request" has a way to do this. It's commonly used for sending out mailings, where brochure requests get logged as individual CSIs, but then you want to close them in bulk when you mail out the brochures.
There is a utility under Reports and Utilitiies > Labels and Letters > CSI Information Request Labels which will generate a sheet of labels for everyone with one of those Information Request CSIs and then goes through and closes all the open CSIs in one hit. Even if you don't need to use the label technology, you might want to have a look at that utility to see if it would be useful.
