Is ft_membership_info security grouped? Data pulled from the function isn't showing in the header for some user groups and I'm assuming it's because they don't have security to view it, but I can't find where.

It must be; I'm having a similar issue with a report using that function! From looking at the code, it seems to hinge upon the use of the security view vs_memb_org. So that means that it will only show membership levels associated to membership orgs that the person has access to the control group for, or that are not control grouped.
