Hello,
We have refreshed our virtual instance of our test db. When we attempt to launch the Tessitura client we get the following error:
SQLSTATE=42000
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Cannot open database "Impressario" requested by the login. The Login failed.
All of our .ini files are valid and I reran the securecheck sql script. Is this a master db access issue?
Thanks
John
Yup this resolved my test issues now if I can get production backup.

This error is almost always resolved by dropping and recreating the user logins in the Tessitura Security module. If the problem affects only specific users, you can drop and recreate only the affected logins.

Hello I ran an update script that reset securecheck and the master database key. Now I get the following error:

When I get that problem, I run the relogin script and that seems to fix the problem. Let me know if you need that.
