I have been trying to work this out for a couple of days and can’t take it anymore. Does anybody know how to grant access to the hold codes detail window, under the availability tab? Some of our user groups just get a blank box and I can’t figure out why.

Try "Tkt Calendar Availability Item" in the Security Module
Also just FYI, you'll need to re-login to see the change.
