We are in the process of getting this going and would like to be able to use it for multiple purposes. We are able to send the SampleEmail and I have information on customizing the data that is being pulled. However, I don't know how to send a copy of the acknowledgement to a user only when it is a particular MOS (like group sales). ORDER_EMAIL_CC I believe will send a copy of all email acknowlegements.

Here is a earlier post I responded too about sending/cc'ing other from within an email confirmation. http://www.tessituranetwork.com/COMMUNITY/forums/t/4456.aspx The MOS is part of the order data that is available to the confirmation email templates. So you could have some conditional custom code in the template to send the other email.
