Loyalty schemes

Hi,

 

I have been asked to do some research into loyalty schemes and was wondering if anybody:

 

·         Ranks constituents on how frequently they attend

·         Record donor activity such as the number of times they use a members area

·         Ranks constituents on how often they take up special offers

·         Ranks constituents on surveys they have completed or competitions entered

·         Ranks constituents on how many membership referrals they have made, the old recommend a friend tactic

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
