Order Conf Email through Client

Hello,

I've been trying to setup the ability for order confirmation emails to be sent through the client.  I've entered the T_DEFAULTS settings, including the correct API URL, but every time I try to use the functionality the client crashes instantly.

I have submitted a TASK ticket, but I wanted to also post here to see if anyone else has had the same issue in the past?  If so, what magic trick did you do to fix it?
