Has anyone customized their email confirmations to handle an On Account: Ticketing payment method as separate from On Account: Development? For us, the former is an exchange or refund while the latter should fall into the Donation section.
Actually, if you have any email confirmation code that deals with On Account payment methods and wouldn't mind sharing, I'd love to see them.
