We’re planning to switch gateway servers tonight and would like to gracefully shut off the old one without interrupting web users. Does anyone know of a way to determine if anyone is logged on to ‘webuser’? And better yet if they have any seats locked?
There’s also the web api seat connection count…http://gateway/webapitest/tessitura.asmx/WebSeatServerConnectionCount Substitute gateway with your api server name, and webapitest with your Live or Test instance. ---Tak From: Tessitura Technical Forum [mailto:forums-technical@tessituranetwork.com] On Behalf Of Gloria OrmsbySent: Monday, February 06, 2012 10:12 AMTo: Lai, TakSubject: RE: [Tessitura Technical Forum] Who is logged in? There is a shared report called Web Current Seat Locks. That will show you all locked seats for any season. You could also do sp_who in SSMS.
