Print-at-home PDF's not Sending

Hi all,

We've been running into an issue with our Print-at-home tickets.  The tickets are being generate upon payment completion of the order, but not being sent to the patron.  This does not happen with all orders and we think that it may have something to do with the number that are being generated at anyone time.  For instance I just processed some 200-300 student tickets that were set to print at home and several never emailed out to the patron or to my inbox (I get a copy of all PDF emails sent out).  We luckily are able to pull them from the system as long as they were generated and sent them out manually, but I'm tring to figure out if there is a way to solve this problem to streamline the process and avoid agravated patrons calling in.  If any one else has had this issue or  possible suggestions to fix it i would love to hear.

Thanks,

Patrick

Yes, we have had this issue for quite a while now.  It seems like every 3rd or 4th order does not email properly.  I constantly monitor the output folder and copy any missed files to an Outlook folder for our ticket staff to re-send if necessary.  Currently we use one email server for all email.  We are considering installing a separate mail server to only mail PAH tickets, but that likely will not be in place for another month or so.
