If I'm importing an all comp order import set, and thus the order paid amount on all should be 0, should I choose "Leave as unpaid" in the import set Order Pay Mode? It'll be fully paid at zero, but I'm not sure if that "unpaid" aspect is used in generating seat statuses or anything and might screw up the seat status of a comp order. Anybody know?
I've imported dozens of comp orders marked as fully paid and have heard of no issues with them. Unless you have reason to import as unpaid, I'd say you are probably best off importing as fully paid.Of course, it may not matter at all.If there is anything specific you would like me to check on with my comp orders let me know.
I guess I was being sort of paranoid (which is why we test these things, I know but...) for example, if I accidentally missed a fee or some such, that should not be applied but were, importing as fully paid would be really bad, so I was trying to entirely cut out that possibility.
...or if I leave calculate fees unchecked then that cuts that out already anyway?
According to the documentation for Calculate Fees, "If unchecked, fees are not applied to the imported orders", so it sounds like that would be a safe way to go.I've never had to deal with fees thankfully.
