Good day.
We've had at least one report of a patron choosing the print at home delivery method, and receiving the email with a winmail.dat attahment (there is no PDF, and the winmail.dat file is unreadable).
I've seen this in general when Exchange sends email, and it is received by a non-=Exchange email server.
Has anyone seen this issue? My recommendation was to send the PAHT to a different email address, but I wonder if there is a better answer.
Thanks.
Dan
I don't think there is a better answer for that. winmail.dat files are caused because exchange/outlook doesn't like to play nice with other email providers/programs. I have running into times when we send an email to someone it works fine and other times that it comes across as a winmail.dat file. Its so temperamental.
