Merchandise Sales in Tessitura

Good afternoon,

Does anyone do merchandise sales within Tessitura?

I would be interested in hearing how you implemented it and what you think is the simplest way to get started.

Anyone using scanners to accomplish this?

    This question is a recurring one – see: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/COMMUNITY/forums/p/4485/14774.aspx#14774. We run merch sales for our Academy t-shirts through tessitura; essentially we have a dummy performance in a huge GA facility for each merch product (t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc).

    Richard,

    We have an online only gift shop that is of course through Tessitura.  Each item is set up as a performance all linked to a "gift shop" facility.  It was set up before my time and I'm sure it took forever to do but at this point it is pretty low maintenance.

    Hi Richard

    I also am interested in hearing how implementation for Merchandise and the simplest way to get started.   We sell various clothing, DVDs etc with various sizes and colours. I started building from my GA event and trying to wrap my head around the price zones and types and best way to build it.

     

    any ideas??
