Hi everyone,
I have been fighting all day with the Order Import Utility and need some help! I am getting an Error 0, Severity 0, State 0 error no matter what I try or do. After much searching, I have come up with an article that suggests that it has to do with the fact that I don’t have a solicitor in the import set, but when I try to add one the drop down is blank! I have solicitors and both user/solicitors set up in the system, and I can add solicitors to ticketing and contribution orders, but I can’t get anything in the import set.
Can anyone tell me what I’m missing? Please?
Thanks so much!
Adrienne

Adrienne, the solicitor dropdown in the system table has a small defect, which is fixed in v10.1, but it can be remedied manually. Support can help you through this if you don’t have access to do this or understand exactly what to do.
The fix is to simply remove the value from the dddw_where column in T_REFERENCE_TABLES where the table_name = TR_IMPORT_ORDER_SET and the column_name = solicitor.
