Problem with Order Import utility

Hi all,

We are trying to run the Order Import utility, and when we execute the utility, it is giving us this error before it really does anything:

Select Error: SQLSTATE = 42000
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Cannot find either column "dbo" or the user-defined function or aggregate "dbo.fs_user", or the name is ambiguous.

I ran SQL Server Profiler, and found out this relates to stored procedure dbo.tp_order_import_main. That procedure references the dbo.fs_user function, which does not appear to be on our server. I did a search both on the Tessitura Network and the TASK site for this function, but cannot locate the code.

Is there someone who can point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Might be best if you open a support ticket and then support will be able to provide you with the function fs_user.

    Cheers
