We are looking to tackle a merchandising project next year, potentially with a tess integration. We are interested in recommendations on third party merchandising systems. Any high-level thoughts/learnings/etc would be appreciated.

We're also just starting to do merchandise online, which will be processed through Tessitura, but we also have a POS for our on site gift shop (Cash Register Express: http://www.pcamerica.com/retail-pos-system-recommendations.html ).
I'd be interested too if anyone has found a good way to integrate the systems. Currently we are planning on doing regular manual updates between the POS and Tessitura to keep inventory synced up.
