Data Quality

I'm wondering if anyone has a position on their staff who is responsible for data quality.  Specifically, do you have a person or team who does nothing but review new accounts and their formatting to make sure they are entered following standards and also merge duplicate accounts.  I'm trying to get a sense of how many Tessitura organizations have a data quality person/position.

    Hi Teresa,

    We have 2 people with that responsibility meshed in to their regular daily work. (1 is myself). Having 2 of us helps as it ensures that it is completed daily as we are both rarely off at the same time. We review new accounts, audited accounts, email responses, and do merges etc.
