Custom Tab Issue

Per my boss, Ken Vaughn (Director, Information Services):

"I have a small (I hope) problem:

I created 3 tables in the Tess database

I created 3 custom screens

I enter info for constituent XX on each custom screen

The raw info in the tables looks correct

I pull up constituent YY who has no info in any of those 3 tables

The first custom screen is blank - as it should be

The other 2 custom screens display the info for constituent XX

Virtually every constituent shows constituent XX's custom info for 2 of the 3 custom screens

Any idea what's happening here?"
