Hi:
We recently cut over our live server to a new Windows 2008 R2 Server with SQL Server 2008 R2 also. Most everything went well, however, now when I try to connect to an SSRS report using Tessitura I am prompted to login. I can open the reports in internet explorer on the server and from our terminal servers without any issues. I checked our kerberos authentication (terminal servers) and the local intranet site in security and everything is OK. I know that it is something simple that I am missing, but I cannot think of what it is. This was all working prior to restoring the live db and renaming the server and changing the IP address. Also, the report server is connecting to the correct server in configuration.
FYI: I also learned that parameters are not necessarily updated when redeploying an SSRS report, you have to delete the report and redeploy for the change to appear. (my contribution to the network)

Hi James,
Ryan helped me with a similar SSRS issue (after a server move etc.) in this thread:

Not sure if the issue is the same or not but it's something to look at.

Thank you Jeff, I actually referred to that post initially to setup SSRS, I doubled checked and the settings are still there, so it should still work.
