I'm trying to create a custom order confirmation, and I'm hitting some snags. I'd really like to find some learning resources, but I must be having a bad search day. Are there docs, or better yet a webinar about creating a custom order confirmation that someone could point me to?

Brian, I would be happy to share our emails that we have customized. We have custom web api calls and such in them. I also agree Gregg's sessions are very usefull I attended the one in DC.
