I haven't dug all the way through this one yet but I wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar issue.
I was contacted by one of the payment processors we use to let me know that Discover had notified them of a new set of card number ranges. I've tried processing transactions both through Tessitura and through Transcend with the sample card number provided by Discover.
Transcend returns an unknown error "Get Card Processor ID Failed"
Tessitura says invalid card number.
It looks like I am going to have to get ahold of Intrix at some point and possibly submit an emergency patch request to Tessitura, but I was wondering if anyone else had heard this in the breeze yet?
Hi Levi
In Tess, the card prefix numbers are stored in [TR_ACCOUNT_TYPE], so you could add a new one for Discover (currently just ‘60’)
Transcend might be more of a problem.

Thanks Ken!
TASK set me straight on that one as well. For those following along at home, I'll let you know what I hear from Intrix.
