On our new live server, we are suddenly experiencing the error below, this was working but now it is not. It was working before we installed the Report Server and QAS. Has anyone seen this error before?
Error:
"Due to a database problem, not the seats in the order could be
confirmed available. Some seats need to be reseated before the
order can be saved."
When I search the site for the system error above nothing is returned. Am I searching in the wrong place?

It sounds like this error can (or at least could) appear due to the process in which you release and re-seat packages.Does that sound like where this is occurring?
The only reference that I found can be located on page 5, Request ID 115410 of the link here.
I don't know off the top of my head if this enhancement request was ever granted, but it mightbe linked to the problem you are seeing.

It turned out we inadvertently changed the seat server IP address in T_Defaults in preparation for going live with this new live server (trying to keep IP the same). Ugh!
