I have a question for all Consortium who run multiple websites. I'm trying to work out if it is possible to have a control grouped email and login. From my playing with the setup of Tessitura I can't see anyway to control group a email address and also have a control grouped login.
Is this possible? If so how do you set this up? Or are we going to have to have open logins and email addresses?

In the UCSS consortium we have four organisations running websites. Each organisation has one Control Grouped login, and many un-Control Grouped and Control Grouped eaddress types.
The eaddress associated with the login can be any on a constituent record that the organisation's web user has access to.
On the API side, each of the four websites call the SetVariable method which passes through the session key, Name = Organization Name and Value = the organisational specific web parent key as defined in TR_ORGANIZATION.
Each of these organisational specific web parent keys then have a group of settings defined in T_DEFAULTS, including each organisation's web user. This web user then has Control Group access to the organisation's login (and many eaddresses).
