Hello Tessitura Admins!! Well, it's official. There will indeed be a Tessitura Admin Summit in Nashville and Levi, Teresa and I are insanely excited. Here are the details as they are currently known:

A week at TLCC is an amazing experience, but it often is both too much and not enough. Some administrators are sent with a laundry list of questions from other departments and don't get to spend as much time immersed in technical topics as they would like. Others may not be able to attend at all. Still others may have missed making a face to face connection that would have been valuable. And Thursday always seems to come to soon.
The Administrator Summit hopes to help address some of these problems by providing a physical meeting space for Administrators to gather in a group with their peers. You could think of it as a departmental retreat, except your department is scattered all over the map.
There is now a Tessitura Admin Summit Group with more detaiils about the weekend in Nashville - come on over! And we hope that many of you will join us for the summit. If you would like to participate, start here:

If we get enough folks committed to attending we will be able to get a group rate of $139 at the Sheraton, so register! But only if you mean it...And if you can't make it to Nashville join the group! We hope to continue holding these events at organizations around the country going forward and joining the group is the best way to stay up to date on future summits.

We are working on it this afternoon. It is a tentative list and open to changes depending on who attends and what they are interested in learning/sharing/presenting.
We are hoping that once we get some folks signed up we can start tailoring the content to be the most useful.
I just signed up to the Group, but that doesn't mean I'm going to be able to pop across to Nashville to join in, unfortunately.
I'm just lurking here, to keep an eye on you all and make sure you don't get up to anything too desperate.
Given that there's about 20 sites in ANZ now, we might have to have our own sometime.
