Ticket Design

I"m working in ticket design and can't seem to get my fields to "slide".  I know for fields to slide left they need to be on the exact same line but is there a secret to getting fields to slide up?

To be honest, I can't get either to work.  What's the magic word?

    Dale, it’s inside the property window for the design element.  An explanation of how it works is on page 15 of the ticket design documentation.

    Thanks Dee, I am using them according to the documentation but they're not working.  I guess I'm just wondering if they don't work on a test ticket but work on a real ticket or if there's a bug I don't know about.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    I haven’t had to design tickets in awhile but from memory, you’re right – the slide up/left/right don’t work on a test ticket printed from the ticket design screens.
