Ticket Design

I"m working in ticket design and can't seem to get my fields to "slide".  I know for fields to slide left they need to be on the exact same line but is there a secret to getting fields to slide up?

To be honest, I can't get either to work.  What's the magic word?

  • Dale, it’s inside the property window for the design element.  An explanation of how it works is on page 15 of the ticket design documentation.

  • Thanks Dee, I am using them according to the documentation but they're not working.  I guess I'm just wondering if they don't work on a test ticket but work on a real ticket or if there's a bug I don't know about.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Dale

  • Dale,

I haven’t had to design tickets in awhile but from memory, you’re right – the slide up/left/right don’t work on a test ticket printed from the ticket design screens.
