Migrating Data from TM Archtics

Hello everyone.

We are in the midst of moving from Ticketmaster to Tessitura. (Can't wait to switch) If you have been involved in this transition at your organization I would love to hear from you.

What is the best way of extracting your data from TM Arctics ensuring that you have captured everything?

How was Ticketmaster involved in the process? I understand that they can be reluctant in helping their customers who are leaving extract their data. Is this true?

Did you hire a consultant to help with the extraction? If so who? Any recommendations?

Any tips on making this process as painless as possible?

  • I did all of the extractions and quite a bit of the conversion myself.
