We've been getting issues on the server that's running the TPAU services. Recently the entire transcend system froze. When we checked the system logs we found the following
"The TPAU.DATA service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this one time"
"The TPAU.DATA service failed to start due to the following error. Not enough storage is available to process command"
We checked the system and both the C: & D drive have space. C: has 62 GB and D: has 10GB (logs only)
Nothing was running (no backups, no scans) on the server at the time that the TPAU.DATA service went down
Has any had this problem before?
Check the db and log growth limitations. The Transcend application\ TPAU services are on it's own server
The Transcend DB is on the same server as the Tessitura database. The drives are 46GB and 96 GB free
The transcend DB is set to: by 20% unrestricted growth
The Transcend Log is set to: by 10% restricted growth to 2097152 MB
I checked the TPAU.ldf size on the server and it's only at 100 MB
