Hello,
I recently had a request to create a new email confirmation template. So I just copied an existing one and added the new entry in t_format_info. I have yet to modify the template. But when I try to use this new confirmation from within tessitura i get the following error:
Server was unable to process request. ---> At least one of the From or Sender fields is required, and neither was found. ---> Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> At least one of the From or Sender fields is required, and neither was found.
I have t_format_info setup properly. I also went into t_format_info and updated the D Object to the template I copied from and that worked but the new copied one does not. I double checked the template directory in t_defaults and the web api url and that sees all good.
Any thought on what I am missing?

Well it was a silly mistake on my part a couple ip address were close and I was updating the template on the wrong server. Thanks to support for showing me my issue quickly!
