Is there anyone willing to send me a screenshot of how they are setting up their extractions in Tess so the list can be seen using Wordfly? Right now we're unable to use a Tess list and are having to send them as CSV files (which of course doesn't track the click-thru or open information in Tess). Anyone using Wordfly who is an "expert" and willing to help will be greatly appreciated. You can email me directly at: jfry@cincinnatisymphony.org
Thanks,Jeremy
Jeremy -
I can give you a few pointers to make sure things are working correctly from the Tessitura side.
In T_DEFAULTS check that you have the following key under parent table Impresario:
TMS_Extraction_Output -> This should point to a place on your network (i.e. \\server\Tessitura\Wordfly\)
We have ours pointing to a folder in our Tessitura folder that everyone has access to. Then, when you set up an extraction, make sure that the little 'TMS' checkbox is checked BEFORE extracting it.
Do a test extraction, and then navigate to the folder you have set up above. You should see a file named something like 'DL####.TM1'. The number should be the same as the DL number you'd see in the View Log for that extraction.
If you see that file, then your Tessitura part is set up and working correctly.
The second place to look is in WordFly itself. Go to the account section and in the Integrations-> Tessitura part you can test to see if your integration is working.
Hopefully, one of those will point you in the direction you need. If not, I'd poke the WordFly support again and see if they can help you out.
