I am trying to get some established MOSs to have no default delivery method (so the box office has to mark each order as mail or hold). I have found that I can build a new MOS and leave this option blank with no problems, but is there a way to remove the defualts from an existing MOS?

Are you sure this concept is working with the new MOS?I just went into my test system and changed my default delivery method back to NULL for one of my MOS and it's still forcing a MOD into the order.
I was able to create a new testing MOS and leave the delivery method completely blank. Now that I look at it a little closer, I see that it automatically selects Hold at Box Office in the order screen.
So this raises the question: is there any way to force a delivery method selection before updating an order?
I think I've seen this and possibly asked this question before and I believe the answer is no, however maybe someone from the network can chime in.
