As usual, i'm trying to solve a problem:
I need a way for a user to create a .txt file, and have it be accessed via BCP.
In other words, i'll be creating a utility which will call a bpc script and proc, but i need the data from the user, and a way and means for them to get it in a accessible place, ideally without using the ramp desktop.
It seems that the file viewer is just that, download only. can that be altered? Per user?
Alternative suggestions? I haven't really explored the wonders of SSRS yet, but perhaps i could do a file upload $_POST, and call a SP?
i'm open to anything, just need a way to do it! Any suggestions are appreciated!
