House map print report issue

Hello All ,

This issue is intermittent and is happeing on some PC's at the moment. It happens when we try to
save result of House map print report to PDF file.We can view result in Tessitura report viewer
correctly but when we try and save that report it comes up with junk characters where house seats
are displayed.

Steps tried to resolve this issue:
1. Checked the system vairable having c:\pbvm as 1st path.
2. Checked the right number of files under c:\pbvm.
3. Cahnged printer driver from HP colorLaserjet 8500 PS to CutePDF driver ; no differnce
4.Checked the patching and the version of Adobe acrobat reader they are almost similar on every
computer.
5. Checked and did a fresh installation of Sybase Datawindow PS driver on each machine.
6. Checked the checked C:\PBVM\GS\FONTS for the NimbusMonL Type 1 font - n022023l.pfm
installed.

Intrestingly, we i try and generate report on test machine and open that report on my machine , report opens up fine with no garbage in it.
