I'm trying to establish an efficient way to track the benefits we offer our donors. We offer benefits to individuals like comp tickets, free drinks and tours. For corporate and foundation sponsors we offer logo placements, bios, dedicated performances & tickets. Ideally when it comes time for us to print our program I would be able to generate from Tessitura a list of all the donors who we have currently promised logo's in the program. I would also like to track the fulfillment of the one-time benefits like comp and drink tickets.
Each of these benefits vary donor-to-donor because they are chosen by the patron.
Currently we have started to enter the benefits using a combination of the membership and promotion sections under History. However, this is not an ideal system for pulling the information out.
Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you could try using Premiums for the comps and drink tickets? I'm currently researching how they work, so not I'm an expert by any means! But from what I've read, they could be a solution here.
