We need to be able to print the seat locations on an order acknowledgement... our Group Sales department prints the acknowledgement as they go (from within the ticket order) and does not want to use the email confirmation function, they prefer sending the pdf so they can verify first.
First - is there anyway I can call an SSRS report from within the order? I do not see how to put that in t_format_info? If not, I guess I can change the infomaker d object to call a custom stored procedure..

Forgive me if I've misunderstood. Can your group sales department not use a "Print to PDF" printer so that they can verify the acknowledgement. Then when they are happy simply attach the resulting PDF to an email?
