Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone does in house robo calling, if so what system do you use. We are researching the possibility of getting something like this for calling patrons with info such as warnings about difficult parking due to events or changes in curtain time.
ThanksDean
We use Client Instant Access. www.CallCIA.com
It's a bit labor instensive... In order to make sure a record of the call is in the Tessi Patron's record we run an extraction with a promo source. That attaches it to the Patron's record. Then we run a list based on the source code. THEN we pull the list as an customized Output Set, save it as excel, then upload it to CIA for the calling Voice Mail Calling process.
Hi Dean – when I worked at Milwaukee Rep we used VereVox, which was very easy to use and the staff there is very helpful.

We also tried out out Verevox earlier this year for the first time for our Subscription renewal campaign. The process was very straight forward and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
I haven't every done this, but I think it is a great service. I know that if I were a patron I would gladly accept a heads up notice about traffic or last minute emergency announcements. But I think I would rather get the alert by text message instead of a phone call.
What options are there out there for using SMS to communicate with our patrons?
