Didn't get a response on the ticketing forum, so thought I'd take a shot here in technical...
We're in the process of designing our tickets for access control and we're trying to figure out how this affects our process for sending batch ticket printing data to our outside print house.
Currently, we print to file (text file) and send that data with the print specs to our print house. How are we going to go about relaying the bar code information as well?

Hi Jim,
We do the same thing here at Carnegie. In ticket design, we added the n-scan barcode ticket element to our ticket. Then after we batch print and create our file, the n-scan barcode appears as another column in the file.
