I may be dreaming, but I could swear there was an entry in T_DEFAULTS (or somewhere) that told Tessitura to create a temp login for a customer whenever a new record was created via the client in Tessitura. Can't seem to find anything in the documentation about it, though. Does anyone know? We want to make sure a temp login exists for all of our customers who don't have one and I was hoping Tessitura had something that would automatically do it for new records.
We created a procedure called LP_ASSIGN_USERNAMES (in Shared Reports) that will create a temporary login anytime there is a new email added to an account. Take a look at that procedure and let me know if you have any questions.

I think there's a shared report to essentially do what you're describing, not a defaults setting.
