I may be dreaming, but I could swear there was an entry in T_DEFAULTS (or somewhere) that told Tessitura to create a temp login for a customer whenever a new record was created via the client in Tessitura. Can't seem to find anything in the documentation about it, though. Does anyone know? We want to make sure a temp login exists for all of our customers who don't have one and I was hoping Tessitura had something that would automatically do it for new records.
That does not exist. It would be relatively easy to do, though, with a custom stored procedure that you schedule to run regularly. Maybe you had that in place in the past, or heard about someone else who did?
