Is there a way or a table in Tessitura to find when a report was last run, or a log of who and when a report was run period? I've looked and tried to find something, but it's still very early and my brain just isn't working yet. I need to be able to tell someone if a report is being run every day.
Teresa
Hi Teresa, Yes there is. I actually created a web report that gives you a nice graphical tree view of the data. It is solution number 305 on foot prints. The tables too look at are gooesoft_request and gooesoft_request_parameter,

Hi Teresa. I'm not near a screen, so I can't remember the exact names, but there is a group of tables starting with 'gooesoft' that hold records of every report run or scheduled, who ran then, and what parameters they used. Needs a bit of nutting out to work out how they work, but it's all there. Ken McSwain Systems + Technology Manager Australian Chamber Orchestra Sent from my Blackberry
